Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Certain items like personalized/customized products, perishable goods, or gift cards are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
- Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery.

- Items purchased during clearance or sale
- Used or damaged products (not caused by us)
